- On your body, apply in circular motions, paying special attention to areas of very dry skin. For hands and cuticles, massage in a few drops of oil to moisturize and condition.
- On your hair, simply apply 1 to 2 drops to the lengths and ends as often as needed.
- For an intense conditioning treatment, apply once or twice a week as a mask to your entire hair. Leave on for at least 30 minutes before shampooing.
